This is a sparkly Gypsy costume. Teal Blue Sparkle Skirt with yoke trimmed in ribbons, zipper side. Teal Blue Sparkle Jacket with front bodice ribbon trim, Velcro closure in the front. 1 green long necklace, and one bright colored necklace. Silver Bracelet with jingles. Gold Headscarf. This Gypsy costume is beautiful! Bust up to 37", Waist max 27", Length 38". Size 8 - 10 Small - Medium. A few small snags top right on jacket. See picture. This fabric likes to have loose sparkle threads. I just trim them off. It does not effect the fabric.
