MIXING LIQUID for MAKEUP

Clear MIXING LIQUID
is a must in every artist's kit. It can be used to thin Liquid Makeup or it can be mixed with metallic powders to create an intense opaque color that is water resistant. Also use for dry pigments, and loose glitter.
Makeup base. Brush on, sponge on!
Great for so many different uses! Dries completely! Just mix in a small bowl with powder. Washes off easily with soap and water.
