Elizabethan neckruffs was worn in the late reign of Elizabeth I of England.
Wide lace neck band measures 15"(completely closed) to 17". A snap prevents the space opening from showing if opened fully. 2" tall with wide lace edge.
Built on a solid neckband, with yards and yards
of white lace stiffened with horsehair braid.
White ties and a snap in the back of the neck. Ruff edges are crinkled in pic, but stand out straight when pulled out.
