Red Panne' Deluxe Velvet dress. Nice medium weight panne' velvet fabric. Not like package costumes. Deep V neckline, High leg slit, ruffled hem, wonderful drape sleeve with ruffled edge. Medium to Plus Size. To make it a custom fit, put a bodice, corset, or waist cincher over the dress. Bust up to 45", Waist 47", Hip 53", Length 57.5". Model has a size 8 bodice on. Bodice not included. Easily fits a size 24 or larger.
