1890 Women's Bodice, Skirt and Vintage Hat Size 20-22

1890s Great character costume.
Cotton-blend Navy polka-dot boned button up bodice with gathered puff-sleeves. Bodice is trimmed in cotton ecru lace around the neckline and sleeve hem. Pink cotton bow accents on neck and sleeves. Pink cotton skirt with a train. Waistband, gathered back to tighten for a bustle or leave loose, pleated self-fabric and ecru trim around hem of skirt. Navy polka-dot bows accent the hemline. XL Vintage Straw Hat with silk flowers. Front brim is shorter than the back brim. We believe this is vintage from around the turn of the century. Silk flowers are original. Navy feathers replaced. Bust up to 50", Waist up to 38".
